Delete Your Account & Data

1. Sign in to your account at astraly.app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately.

Your login and all associated data are removed:

• email and name;
• birth data (date, time, city) and natal charts;
• all chat history with the AI astrologer and AI memory;
• settings, notifications, and preferences.

Backups and records we are legally required to keep (for example, payment/tax records held by our payment provider, Paddle) are retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Before deleting, you can download all of your data at Settings → Export Data (a JSON file).

If you cannot sign in, or want us to delete your data on your behalf, email us from your account's address at support@astraly.app and we will process your request.
